The situation
School zones are the first thing parents check when choosing a home, yet no New Zealand tool let them compare zones and listings on one screen. The Ministry of Education's zone data was scattered and hard to read on a map.
What we did
We visualised nationwide school-zone boundaries on an interactive map. Enter an address and the app shows its zone alongside nearby listings, with a data pipeline tuned to keep large boundary datasets fast.
What changed
A clear, zone-first property platform launched in eight weeks.
